Newsletter 3rd January 2021 – 2nd Sunday Week Of Christmastide
Dear Parishioners,
Happy New Year to You all, May God give you, for every storm, a rainbow, for every tear, a smile, for every care, a
promise, and a blessing in each trial. For every problem life sends, a faithful friend to share, for every sigh, a sweet song, and an answer for each prayer. May the friendships you make, be those which endure, and all of your grey clouds be small ones for sure. And trusting in Him to Whom we all pray, may a song fill your heart, every step of the way. My truly heart felt blessing to you all for this coming year.
Unfortunately, Father Kevin has taken some time off to rest as he has been feeling unwell this week. Please prayer for Father Kevin and that he may be feeling better in order to return celebrate Mass in the parish this weekend. We wish to give thanks to Father Stephen Dye from Oakham who will be celebrating the Funeral of Beverly Morley this coming Wednesday Morning, meaning there will be no private prayer scheduled this coming week.
Father Stephen will also celebrate the Funeral Mass of Claire Frisbe on Wednesday 13th January at Grantham crematorium. Please pray for their souls and the souls of all the faithfully departed as we also pray for their families that they find comfort knowing that their dearly lost loved ones are now with our Lord this day in Paradise.
